01 What Happened

Consolidated Waterは10月12日、米国子会社 PERC Water Corporation がCaliforniaのCity of Pismo Beachから Central Coast Blue Advanced Water Purification Facility の約 USD 39.8 million のdesign-build契約を受注したと発表した。

能力は約 750 acre-feet/year。工程は ultrafiltration (UF)、3段 reverse osmosis (RO)、ultraviolet advanced oxidation (UV-AOP) で、貯留、薬品、ポンプ、配管、電気・制御設備も含む。

地下水涵養設備は 1本のinjection wellと2本のmonitoring wells。全体工期は約 24か月、建設開始は 2027年春の予定である。

Pismo Beach下水処理場の処理水をさらに浄化し、Santa Maria Groundwater Basinへ注入する。

Central Coast Blueはpotable reuseが通常の水供給資産となる例である。UFはROを保護し、ROは溶解物質を除去し、UV-AOPは微量有機物への追加バリアを提供する。地下水注入は貯留と水理的保護を加える。

04 ATLAS Engineering View

ATLASは RO recoveryと濃縮水管理、RO水質に依存するUV-AOP性能、地下水涵養のhydrogeologyを重視する。水収支には原水、濃縮水、エネルギー、薬品を含め、UV-AOPではUV transmittance、過酸化水素、scavengingを管理する。

全体チェーン：二次処理水 → 膜前処理 → RO → 高度酸化 → 貯留 → 地下水涵養 → 将来供給。
