01 · USER INPUT

Design basis and inputs

Add each additional solids source as a separate row.

No additional residual sources.

Engineering calculations run locally in this browser after assets load.

02 · CALCULATED RESULT

Results at a glance

Load or enter inputs, then calculate to create an authoritative result.

03 · REPORTING

CSV contains input and output detail. PDF uses the current calculation and report metadata.

Verification suite

Calculation revision 6d66d6fb

63 focused fixtures: raw solids conversion/capture, conditional chemical yield, optional paired backwash, named residual rows and contribution shares, wet-sludge conversion, and active-input reporting. Tests are deterministic and run without network access.

Ingenieurtechnische Grundlage

Methodik

Raw dry solids = plant flow (m³/d) × raw-water TSS (mg/L) × 0.001; captured raw solids = raw dry solids × capture fraction.

Chemical product mass = flow × product dose × 0.001. Chemical dry solids = product mass × the selected product or active-mass basis × the user-entered yield factor.

Backwash solids are included only when both backwash volume and TSS are entered. Other residual sources are entered as named dry-solids rows.

Combined dry solids are the sum of the entered sources. Source contribution = source dry solids ÷ combined dry solids × 100%; percentages are unavailable when the combined total is zero.

Wet sludge mass = combined dry solids ÷ sludge solids mass fraction. Wet volume = wet mass ÷ entered slurry density.

Umfang / Grenzen

  • Wählen Sie die Ausbeutebasis aus Produkt- oder Wirkstoffmasse und geben Sie Feststoffanteil und Dichte des Schlamms an. Optionale Rückspüldaten müssen paarweise eingegeben werden.
  • Does not select dewatering equipment, predict cake solids, or estimate polymer dose.
  • No explicit return/recycle streams, dewatering, cake export, or disposal quantity is calculated; wet volume uses the entered density and mass-solids fraction. No US-unit conversion path is implemented; inputs and outputs use SI units.
  • No universal coagulant yield is embedded. The yield factor must be entered for the selected mass basis and supported by project or supplier data.
