Most of our online sizing and selection tools — the Unit Converter, Chemical Dosing Calculator, Pipe Friction Calculator, Ozone CT Calculator, Cooling Tower Water Balance & LSI Calculator, and Pneumatic Actuator Selector — process your numerical inputs entirely locally in your browser; those values never leave your device. Three tools with more complex proprietary sizing engines — the GAC/AC Sizing Selector, RO System Designer, and NF System Designer — transmit your numerical inputs over an encrypted connection to a dedicated calculation service (hosted on Cloudflare) so the sizing engine can run server-side, and return only the result to your browser. In every case, we do not store your inputs in a database or associate them with your identity.
We collect telemetry (IP address, browser type) via our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure (Firebase Hosting and Cloudflare) to ensure system stability and global responsiveness.
We process data strictly for:
• Responding to engineering inquiries.
• Platform optimization and responsive scaling.
• Security, spam prevention, and compliance.
AWTS does not sell your data. We share only with trusted partners:
• Formspree Inc: Routes our B2B Contact Form submissions.
• Google LLC (Firebase Hosting): Hosts our static website infrastructure.
• Cloudflare, Inc: Provides the calculation backend for select engineering tools (AC Sizing, RO System Designer, NF System Designer) and network/CDN security.
• Legal Authorities: Only if required by international law.
GDPR (EEA Users): We process data based on Consent and Legitimate Interests.
CCPA/CPRA: We do not 'sell' or 'share' personal information as defined by California law.
