ATLAS Water Treatment Solutions ("ATLAS WTS", "we", "us", or "our") operates an independent water-treatment knowledge and engineering-tools platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

By accessing or using the ATLAS WTS website or Platform, including its library, tools, search, and contact features, you accept these Terms and agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The current Platform is available for ordinary use without account creation or a subscription. These Terms apply whether you browse content, run a tool, search, or submit an inquiry or feedback.
ATLAS WTS provides independent water-treatment engineering knowledge and technical research, industry intelligence and news, engineering calculation and screening tools, and application, scenario, and process guidance.
The Platform is a reference and decision-support resource. It is not a promise to provide consulting, design, procurement, construction, operation, or other professional services.
Technical content, calculators, models, selectors, comparisons, and outputs are intended for engineering screening, preliminary evaluation, comparison, planning support, and technical decision support. Some calculations run in the browser; others use server-backed calculation services. Results depend on user-supplied inputs, assumptions, model boundaries, and reference data available to ATLAS WTS.
Before relying on any content or output, users remain responsible for validating:
Use independent review and approvals where the project or applicable law requires them. The tools are not represented as certified final-design systems, and no output is a guarantee of performance, compliance, or suitability for a particular project.

These limits are intended to protect Platform operation and rights and do not prohibit ordinary technical reference use.
Unless otherwise indicated, original ATLAS WTS branding, original written content, original visual design elements, and original software and calculation implementations are owned by or licensed to ATLAS WTS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party rights, open-source licenses, cited or source-material rights, and public-domain facts or data remain with their respective owners or under their applicable terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to ATLAS WTS or to you.
You may use protected ATLAS WTS material for normal personal or internal professional reference, including citation consistent with applicable law. Unauthorized commercial copying, mirroring, extraction, or repackaging of protected ATLAS WTS content or software is not permitted.
If you send an inquiry, technical question, feedback, or other material through the contact form or email, you retain ownership of your submission.
You confirm that you have the right to submit it. You permit ATLAS WTS to use and process the submission as reasonably necessary to receive and respond to it, operate the requested interaction, and improve the Platform where appropriate, subject to the Privacy Policy. This is a limited operational permission, not a transfer of ownership or a broad commercial-content license.
The Platform may link to source publications, regulatory or government resources, external websites, third-party services, and social or company pages. ATLAS WTS does not control those destinations and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.
A link does not by itself imply endorsement. Source attribution and any applicable third-party terms remain important when using linked material.
ATLAS WTS may update content, improve tools or models, modify or retire features, correct errors, and change availability. A particular tool, calculation method, workflow, or publication may change or become unavailable.
The Platform is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, permanently available, or free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its content are provided on an "as available" basis and without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. ATLAS WTS does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ATLAS WTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar loss arising from or related to use of the Platform, including reliance on technical content or tool outputs, user input errors, interruptions or changes, or third-party content or services.
This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable Canadian law, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to you. These Terms do not designate an exclusive court venue.
ATLAS WTS may update these Terms when the Platform, services, technologies, or legal requirements change. Material revisions are reflected by the Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
